We stayed in the Bungalow Mangle, which features a jacuzzi on the upper level! The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I booked both the cocktail and yoga classes through the concierge, and they were fantastic. Ivan, the director, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Holbox is so beautiful and we had a lovely time at Flamingos. The small boutique rooms were darling and the hotel did everything to help our stay be wonderful. We booked excursions through the concierge and had no trouble having the reception call golf cart taxis to come and take us anywhere. Their restaurant is great and had live music at night. The entire place was so cute and relaxing. The beachfront views and long sandbar is the best beach Ive ever been to.
We booked this hotel for two nights but had to leave within a few hours due to an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience. Shortly after arriving, a wild animal entered our room through the private pool area and even got onto the bed. It was deeply unsettling. When we reported it, the staff showed no urgency, didn’t seem to care, and offered only vague reassurances.
