The service at the restaurant in the morning was terrible, I ordered a breakfast which was not to my liking, salty food, without flavour, and apart from that it took a long time to deliver the service, apart from that everything was fine
The worst hotel in León, don't even think about coming here, the manager is a disgusting person and has no customer service, they don't respect reservations, they don't understand each other, we had reserved a room in the tower and they didn't respect it, additional increases from 900 to 3000 without prior notice for an additional day, they tell you that if they respect your availability and then they always don't, you are going to experience the worst in service in this hotel. Avoid the bad time.
