We had a wonderful stay! The employees are great and so helpful! Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Nice shower. Good breakfast! What more can you ask for? If I need to stay in a hotel in Leon again I will definitely be staying here. Various restaurants within easy walking distance. Soriana and a movie theater next door. Handicap accessible.
Very bad customer service. I was given a different room than what was on my reservation. I came in so tired after a long journey I didn’t check and didn’t think it mattered until I noticed there was no view and the room was really loud. I was supposed to be on the 4th floor and instead they put me on the 1st floor. The reception said that it was because I checked in early and it was what was available (I checked in at 2:40pm). She also said it was loud in all of the rooms but I think it was just an excuse. She also didn’t listen to me and just kept cutting me off. The room itself was unclean,…
