The best part is the pictures they show on website must of been when they opened the balcony’s and patios look like crap filthy. No iron or hair dryer in rooms that was a fee.
Great Place to stay in the beautiful seaside town of P. Morelos! Perfect spot with a pool, privacy, beach access, and clean too! We loved this spot. Don't let these few weird reviews scare you away from this gem. It is basic and simple. Thanks for accommodating us last minute. Cheers from Canada!
I recently had an awful experience at Corales Suites and feel compelled to warn others. I booked three rooms in advance, but when I arrived, only two were available. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the cost of the missing room, leaving us in a difficult situation. The rooms we were given were disgusting. The sheets were dirty and stained, and to make things worse, there were roaches crawling around. My niece even got bitten by a bug while we were there, which was extremely distressing.
