Lack of hot water, dirty towels, TV not working and old control remote put together with clear tape, noisy at night, breakfast offer just coffee to drink and nothing else and the lack of being truthful from staff about coming to fix things like the tv instead of going 3 4 times to front desk for them to fix things that should be in proper working order.
The rooms are very nice and the punctuality of the check in and the check out is something I like. The public toilet down stairs is really clean and the personal working there is very nice. The beds are comfortable so you can spend a very good night there. The price is OK.
