We did not have a positive experience: poor cleaning (the mug in the bedroom were filled with dust, the windows glass, stains in the elevators, etc) , almost zero veg options, no laundry, out of order swimming pool, the hotel is old but with out of this world prices, only one person of the entire staff speaks English, mosquitoes galore but not even a spray. We arrived in the evening and the first thing they did when we arrived was charge us another 2300 pesos for the same exact room that we already booked and paid for. Due to the late hour, there was no choice but to pay it so we could go to sleep. For that reason alone, the review is 1 star, but it doesn’t end there. The staff is not very accommodating, room reservations are strictly enforce until 3pm or even later. My room was not given to me until 4:25p.m. I added an extra night with orbitz and they didn't honor my room reservation and moved me to a different room than what I had booked. Prices are more $$ directly through them than with other reservation app. Room was deliver late and with trash in drawers from previous guest. Called front desk and nobody came to remove trash.
