We only stayed 3 days and that was more than enough, we will not be back to this one. Food: is terrible! At the trips to the buffet we were served meat that was raw inside and most items were cold and rubbery. The restaurants pay no mind to food allergies, even though they ask for allergies before being seated. The restaurants also have stray cats walking around in them. My family vacation was absolutely amazing! I could not believe how friendly the entire staff was. From all staff at the Cafe', pool staff, etc. (especially Victor who took great care of us for two days when we had a cabana) Make sure you ask for him! I loved how kid friendly it was, which is why we went. Our maid for our room did a great job with having two little children and got a little messy, we always came back to a nice clean room. We had an incredible time at Dreams! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. A special shoutout to Sergio and Jonathan—they were absolutely amazing! The rooms were decent, but I highly recommend getting an ocean view room. It’s worth the extra cost. The food was okay, not bad, but definitely could be improved. The atmosphere was great, but the entertainment options could be better. Having a live DJ at the pool or playing music would be a welcome addition. The colonia, across the highway and 2 kilometres inland, carries the low prices.
