But on this visit, I was appalled at what the town has allowed to happen with the addition of so many restaurants & bars in what was such a quiet district. And of course that has affected your Garden section. But what really upset me the most is that you accepted a booking from me with absolutely no warning about the extremely loud music playing right next door to our room 103 every night. There is the main and established hotel as well as a set of suites across the street. We've stayed across the street in several rooms. The setting is lovely, lush, green, clean and inviting. While some reviewers noticed loud music from adjacent restaurants in some rooms in the main hotel, there was no such problem in the suites across the street.
A nice place. Clean and well kept. Onsite restaurant is outstanding. There is a good bit of noise all around at no fault of the hotel. Just very loud area. Music at all hours and road noise. But the very best location in arts district for fun and food.
