DO NOT BOOK!! First impressions in the lobby seems like a great vacation is about to start until you go inside your room. They had a pull out coach that’s who knows when it was last time it shampooed or cleaned it. The rim on the bottom of the toilet had old layered urine. They have a split unit in the room but you have no access in changing the temperature. They tell you that it’s accessible but the room stayed feeling humid and not cool at all.The food in the buffet area downstairs is okay. We had access to all inclusive for food and drinks and ate out instead because the food they serve is…
The hotel is in a very good location, but it doesn’t have enough staff. The snack bar staff is not good because they take too long to give you the food. I understand that a burger needs time to be prepared, but here it takes more than half an hour, while in other hotels it is faster. The buffet menu is always the same and it doesn’t change every day. The drinks are made with poor quality. They also charge you a tax of 80 pesos per night for cleaning service in the room, which I think should already be included in the stay.
