The food is decent with a vast and variety spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are some catered cuisine restaurants as well that need to be booked in advance but is included with your stay. The large sized pools, access to beach, the kids pool slides, adventures booking facility, theatre and swim up bar cater to what a good holiday must include. I absolutely love this hotel—it’s incredibly family-friendly and made our solo trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Fernanda at reception offered amazing customer service, even calling daily to check on my daughter and me. She’s warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Emilio, the talented bartender, made every drink with care, while Ángel at the Mexican restaurant served us with a genuine smile. We went in march 2024 and I still remember our amazing waiters we had; Mantse and Gilberto ( who is a big soccer fan) made us love the Mexican people there who worked so hard. I felt like family because of them. They were great and accommodating with our children. The resort is so family friendly. I would just mention to book ahead of time the w , especially with kids. It can be a bit of a wait. But again the people were so warm and welcoming. Kid friendly! My kids Loved it!!!
