The hotel is nice, as are the rooms, from what I've seen online. However, the staff service leaves much to be desired, especially from the manager. My experience was TERRIBLE. I paid for my stay, was given two keys, and told me that if I arrived after 11 p.m., I would be able to open the lock with the small key. I arrived at 12:30 a.m. and LITERALLY I could not get in because the person who closed shift that night put the locks on wrong, I had to call a patrol and even then we could not get in, the people who were staying could not leave either, I had to leave and start looking for a new hotel…
Appalling: - It was a room for two people and they only left us 1 towel - The hand drying towel was broken - Room cleaning was requested and they only made the bed. -They have switches, some of which are just decorative - The TV is connected to an antenna which never saw any channel, as it connects to WIFI which disconnected from time to time. -The pipe makes noise all the time, it is impossible to sleep, downstairs there is a bar and you can listen to the music (if you are looking for a place to relax and rest, NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL) it has better conditions in one step. - The only thing t…

Tangolunda is the bay of the big resorts, many all-inclusive, on their own beach. La Crucecita is the town — simple hotels, the market, taquerías — 10 minutes from the bays and home to the best prices. Santa Cruz has the pier, the marina and a friendly town beach; Chahué sits between, quiet and growing.
