4.0105 reviews02-07-25 There was no hot water in the shower. I already called the reception. They promised to send someone but no one ever came. The water in Toluca in winter is freezing and I couldn't bathe properly. The entrance door to the room was not closed properly, you had to pull it very hard.
We was gonna stay here for seven nights, but then we checked out early. The hotel parking lot had cats rolling around in the parking lot and at the main entrance we are allergic to cats. We do not like how the cats were just in the parking lot besides our car and all the staff will lie about things. The room never got cleaned. I requested towels the staff never brought up We checked out early, still waiting for a full refund. They only refund us for the nights we never stayed for the lady at the front desk told us that she’s going to process full refund. My manager is not here at the moment so…
